Create a return shipment

There are a number of conditions for registering a return: 

• Your return must be registered within 30 days of placing your order
• Send the product back in its original packaging and undamaged
• Make sure the product is well packed

You can check the status of your return in the mail you receive from us. After your return has been received in our warehouse, it will be processed by our customer service. The purchase amount will be refunded within 14 working days to the account number provided to us. If the product is damaged, we may pass on the depreciation of the product.
